2012 Thunder on Water Festival

Dear Vendors,

It is that time again…planning phase for Grenada Lake Association’s THUNDER ON WATER. Enclosed you will find an application for enrollment, as well as a list of the regulations and rules. In order to ensure the safety and maintain the value of this family oriented event, we ask that everyone pay attention to the rules and give us your full cooperation.

* Set-up begins on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at NOON. Early setup is prohibited!!!

* Please list all items that will be brought for sale. Fake guns, knives and firearms will not be allowed. No designer counterfeits will be allowed. Grenada Lake Association reserves the right to remove any items that they feel are not suitable for the festival from any vendor.

* Festival staff will be on hand to help with any questions that you may have. Periodic spot checks will be performed throughout the festival.

* You must claim your booth space by 8AM on Saturday or you may forfeit your space. (This assures the festival of having no empty spaces.) Thank you very much for your cooperation in this. We appreciate your continued support with our annual festival. It’s because of you that we can continue to hold such an enormous event for Grenada.
